Back To The Future Part III

The final part of the BACK TO THE FUTURE trilogy wraps everything up neatly at the end, but before it does, it provides an opportunity to utilise classic Western cliches and motifs (and a chance for pint-sized hero Fox to use the name of the ultimate screen cowboy as a neat reference) as Marty and Doc are reunited in the old west of Hill Valley 1885 (thanks to a malfunctioning DeLorean) and having to battle with the fact that Doc could get shot by Biff’s ancestor Mad Dog Tannen (Thomas F. Wilson).

However, the objective is getting back to the future for both – compounded by the fact that Doc meets and falls in love with Clara Clayton (Mary Steenburgen, TIME AFTER TIME, Oscar-winner for MELVIN & HOWARD).

Entertaining, albeit unnecessary as a sequel like PART II, but lots of fun nonetheless.
