Hugely enjoyable comedy-drama, based on the 2012 Max Fisher documentary, The Wrestlers: Fighting With My Family, featuring the ever-watchable Florence Pugh (BLACK WIDOW, LITTLE WOMEN) as Saraya, the daughter of a family of wrestlers, father Patrick (Nick Frost) , mother Julia  (Lena Headey) and brother Zak (Jack Lowden).

Persuaded by Patrick to take part in an under-eighteen tournament reluctantly, Saraya discovers she has a talent for the ring and years later is invited after her father submits a tape of her and Zak to the 02 by Hutch Morgan (Vince Vaughn), a rep for WWE to try out for the circuit. Saraya takes up the stage name ‘Paige’, but her brother is rejected. Soon it becomes a battle to see if she has the chops and the strength to succeed..

Executive-produced by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson (who has a fun cameo in the film), FIGHTING WITH MY FAMILY is up there with the likes of ROCKY and SLAPSHOT as a fine example of a sports-themed offering.
